MIDI clock lights up all 6 ports?

On my micro express MIDI interfaces when i send MIDI clock out any of the ports from the host all 6 ports light up. The green activity lights on my interface light up solid.
Anyone know why this is & how to stop it?
I have a feeling this is messing up my MIDI timing from my controllers.

My MIDI Timepiece AV does it too. It doesn't matter, there is no problem in this, and it won't mess anything else!
