Can you use any MIDI control surface or just the four listed in the drop down men?
I have an M-audio Keystation Pro 88 that has lots of controlers on it.
I don't see a learn function in Cuemix.

Your MIDI control surface must accurately emulate a Mackie Control or HUI.
Cuemix does not have a learn mode, and it is not compatible with any third party "virtual MCU" redirector software - like GenMCE

Compatible MIDI control surfaces are:
Behringer BCF-2000, Edirol PCR Keyboards, Bitstream 3X
Also - if you have a standalone MOTU device (828MKii, 828MK3) - you can not directly control its internal mixer without Cuemix software running on your PC or Mac.

I did a test tonight with my Novation ReMOTE SL61, firmware V4.1 and the template 34 for Pro Tools that emulates the HUI and it works with Cuemix FX. I was able to control the input trim and phase inversion, as well as mix 1 level, pan, mute and solo. The bank select allowed to control all of the 16 channels I had at that time (first 2 channels were set to mono).
Some feedback from Cuemix FX was also displayed by the SL61: the signal names on the left display, the level and mute / solo on / off states.
I could not find a way to control the other mixes. Just mix 1... on the other hand, since it is fairly easy to copy & paste entire mixes, I guess one could use mix 1 as a "scrathpad" to edit all of the mixes.

Re: CueMix and Controler Surface
Trying to get BCF 2000 to control CueMix. Device is seen in Audio MIDI set-up. I have renamed it "Mackie Control" with maker "Mackie", and booted up BCF in Mackie Control mode. Then selected "Mackie Control in Cuemix. Still no dice. Any tips anyone?
G5 MOTU 2408 MkII (don't believe it will run the latest CueMix - maybe this is a problem?)
