Optimisation of G5 Dual 1.8 PCIx for the passage to DP6??

I would like to prepare the passage to DP6 on my machine.

G5 Dual 1.8,3.5G Ram,
2x Hard Drive 150G,X.3.9,DP 4.61
828MKII,Uad 1, Powercore firewire,Alpha Track, Mach5 1.2,
Styllus RMX 1.5,Ethno.1.0

Make sure you read MOTU's *minimum* requirements as well as the *recommended* requirements once the DP6 system requirements are posted.

You may even want to contact MOTU directly for specific information on DP6 running in Panther with some of the older versions of their plugins.

While I don't see a problem at first glance, DP6 is very new and very different. Even with the latest everything, it's so hard to tell what the caveats will be, if any. I would just get a thumbs up from the source for the sake of confidence.

But I don`t want to run DP6 with Panther......

What I mean in my question (And also because my machine begining to be) I dont want when I oppen a old project in DP 6 with Tiger or Leopard
My G5 stuc
* Install leopard or tiger????
* HD systeme internal or external????
* I need more RAM????

I just want to prepare....
