New cuemix + software from 828mkIII coming to others?

Seems the software coming with the 828mkIII has been totally updated. It is very nice looking. Is that going to be only for that one model? Would be cool if we got some additional features or something. I have an UltraLite.

I really wanna know if we'll get this software, I'd love it, looks brilliant. If not may have to get a MKIII to go with my 896HD.

I would say mostly no. The 828mk3 has onboard dsp that allows the new Cuemix to run the plugins. THAT will NOT be coming to previously released interfaces. Whether it is worth it to motu to re-write the new Cuemix to work in a lesser fashion on older gear, I highly doubt. Newer interfaces will likely see it though.
