how to combine performances in M5 v2 ???

Post by labman »

On our old G5 mac, we had to use 3 or 4 instantiations of M5 to do our orchestral setups. But now as we have M5 v2 installed on a MacPro, there is the ability to hold many more than 16 MIDI channels worth of presets within one performance. How can we combine the many of our old 16 ch performnaces into one large one within M5 v2? (without the tedium of manually loaded each channel individually)

Thank you for your help!,

It's not possible to combine performances in the way you're suggesting, but that might be an interesting feature request. However, it raises questions about how to reconcile different "global" settings (such as master and aux effects) between the two performances.
