5.13 Upgrade

I downloaded the upgrade but it wont let me open it... it says that I have insufficient access privileges.... I own DP5... do I have to have the disk in while I install 5.13?

You shouldn't need the disc if you have a legit version of 5 installed. What it sounds like is the permissions are messed up either on the installer or the DP 5.13 app file. I wasn't sure at what stage you got to. You could run Disk Utility and repair permissions or alternately, do a "Get Info" on the file that refuses to open, and check the permissions and change them to the right setting to allow you to run it.

Thanks Gentlemen!! All I had to do was repair the disk permissions.... SWEET! nice and easy.....thanks to you guys of course
