I'm a composer/audio engineer. I'll post a show using a quicktime video, sync audio, sound fx, outboard, MIDI, kontakt2, and whatever the kitchen sync has to offer. With my duel 800, I have to bounce my kontakt tracks to audio files in order not to over load.
I'd love to hear from anyone out there using one of the new MacBookPros for video/audio and kontakt music. I'd love to have a portable setup using a laptop/dp/kontakt/headphones/USB Musical Keyboard, and an external hard drive to store the kontakt instruments.
I would appreciate any comments.
