In my email this morning...it's a little obtuse, and, of course, we do vent!

Imagine if every Thursday your shoes exploded if you tied them the
usual way. This happens to us all the time with computers, and nobody
thinks of complaining.

you guys have WAY to many problems with your computers.. what do you do to them?

i havent had a single problem with updates in os x, QT, or DP....

Jeff Raskin is so right -- each time I tie my computer, it does explode.

Does it have something to do with the way I am connecting the red and black laces inside the computer? I thought you were supposed to tie them together . . .
