Dp + Trapkat w/ switches

Hi Guys.

Alright I wanna make these switches for my drumkat so I don't have many foot-pedals all over the floor. I can find 1/4 male right angle phono plugs but where can i get the little momentary buttons for the top of them? And be able to make sure they will fit in the 1/4 holes? Should i glue them in? or do you think they screw in.
