when will there be Machfive updates?

am I gonna have to buy a V.2 (in 20 years or how ever long it takes to come out)or will they make a universal Binary for the latest version for the intel?... does anyone know?

Oh, someone knows-- but no one's talking. This is a big secret that has officially entered its third year.

The only official word is that it's "in the works".

At the speed that Machfive is moving, Motu should take out "Mach" and just call it Five. Or how 'bout Snail-Five ? :wink:

Actually, I think Mach5 is really cool - which is why I care so much - besides the fact I spent the last few years converting and making my personal Mach5 libraries... :evil:

That covers my sentiments. Probably for everyone else as well.

It is so darn cool looking and easy to use.
