traveler disapearance!!!

Its all fine and dandy until I move my studio. now my g5 quad ppc won't find the traveler. recording sessions await, reboots reloads, unplugs, waits, no traveler to be found. oh it starts up fine, but computer won't find it....please help, what to do?? :cry:
I uninstall and re-install fw 1.2.5,
cue mix won't find it, boo hoo hoo help!!

Hello,
but this is my audio system... its no use on another computer. I tested all fire wire ports on mac with hardrives. Tech support confirmed: send it in for service.... :roll: ho humm...production schedule...oh humm

Dang. Is it just me, or do many of these Travellers go walkabout?
Perhaps that's why they called 'em Travellers. :roll:
