Audio Desk crashing??

Any one know why my mac book with audio desk and 828 keeps crashing i get a pop in the speakers somtimes then it goes out... I have the same program and 828 in my g-5 tower and it works fine.

Any Help would be great!!

It could be a RAM issue, could be a bus clog issue...

Are you running hard drives on the FW port along with the 828?

What is the difference in RAM quantity on both machines?

Does the crash occur at the same spot in your project or is it sporadic?

The Ram in both machines is 1 gig. I have been reading some of the posts it sounds like it could bbe that its not as compatable with Intel prossesors in the lap top maybe I need to up grade to DP 5.11 ??
