Awhile back someone suggested a new forum for me to talk about gear, to let others know of new products coming out and my own reviews, providing audio and video clips of the latest mics, pres, synthesizers, etc. Well, I've decided to create a NEW forum aimed at this. It is called AUDIOandMIDI.com GEAR CHAT and is focused at end-users talking about gear, the technology behind it, and in a fun atmosphere. This forum will be more product oriented across a wide and diverse range of topics, it is NOT intdended to take readers away from our UnicorNation Forum that James has done an amazing job of building up but rather to offer an additional resource of other users, manufacturers, and special guests (as time goes on and the forum builds up) to again chat about gear. FYI I did seek permission to post this from him first, in case ya'll wonder
AUDIOandMIDI.com GEAR CHAT will focus heavily on audio samples of microphones, mic-pres and compressors, plugins and software synths, and eventually a place to share YOUR music CD's and projects, personal webspace, etc.
