using "protected" mp4's in DP

I know this may be obvious & stupid simple but just in case I thought I'd throw it out there for y'all.

I've discovered that you can import an itunes purchased mp4 into imovie and export it as an .aiff using expert quicktime settings. As long as you have some video in the timeline!

I do some radio promo work where I need to use artists music in their spots so this has been tremendously handy.
