I'm doing some installs of DP 5.1 and some VI's (Mach Five, Ethno, Symphonic and MX4). I'm on my first machine (they're Intel iMac's 1.83Ghz). Audio interface is MOTU Ultralite.
Installation of DP went smoothly, and it works. Installation of the Ultralite went fine and it works.
Now I'm installing the VI's. I've installed Mach Five, reading the installation notes. After installation, I put the iLok into a USB port.
I am starting up DP but I can't find Mach Five. The manual says it should appear as an audio plugin, so I'm trying AUDIO > AUDIO PLUGINS, but Mach Five isn't there. I've also tried PROJECT > ADD TRACK > INSTRUMENT TRACK, but its not there either.
I re-started the iMac. Still not there.
I re-ran the installation for Mach Five. Still not there.
Anyone know where it is?

MachFive is a PowerPC plug-in -- it (or any other PPC plug-in) won't appear in DP running on an Intel machine.

If you're running DP 5.1 on an Intel Mac, you can use universal binary and Intel-only plug-ins. You cannot use PowerPC-only plug-ins.
