Basic MIDI channel assignment question

Hi All,

I can hear, record and play back but only one track from my Korg keyboard on DP at this time (trintiyv3-1 channel). When I go to Project->add track-> MIDI track and assign a new patch to trinity v3-2 channel, I do not hear that sound. Thus at this time, I can only hear the patches that are going to trinity v3-1 channel. In my trinity global mode I have local control off and MIDI channel set as 1. I did do a check on the MIDI monitor panel and only find channel 1 to be lighting up as green when I am on channel 1 in DP. When I click on track 2 (assigned to trinityv3-2 channel) and go to MIDI monitor, I should see the channel 2 green light blink, correct? That does not happen.
Thoughts?
