Missing MIDI Note F#3

Can anyone explain why neither of my MIDI keyboards (I have 2) will allow me to play F#3 in Mach5. They work perfectly well with other samplers etc.

Is there a filter in either Mach5 or DP4.61 that I should know about which is blocking this note?

The note itself works ok when I play the Mach5 on screen keyboard with the mouse!

Any ideas anyone?

in the commands window theres a key binding that uses that note just go in and delete that key binding.
