Hi Paul.

The issue you describe isn't happening in my setup. 10.4.1, dual 2.7 G5, 6.5GB. DP 4.52, Mackie Control Universal firmware 2.1.1, MOTU MTP/AV version 1.32 with MOTU 1.3.1 MIDI driver.

DP config is as described in my first post.

Perhaps not what you wanted to hear... Is it reproducible, say, within 22 bars at quarter note = 120? Maybe I just need to try a bit more?

I think paul has gone over to Nuendo like I did because he, I think, felt it was going to take to long to cure.

Maybe he will surf in again in the future.

Another one bites the dust. Thanks for the heads-up Gary.

Hey Paul,

You are not alone!!!
I'm having all the same issues you are having with the mackie control and DP 4.52-the random automation point being written coming out of touch mode as well as the monitoring discrepancy you described in trim touch mode.
Very annoying indeed.

I have also noticed the save led on the mcu does not come on automatically when making mixer changes on the MCU. Hitting command-s turns the light on- putting the unit in arm save mode
Moves made directly on screen with mouse will turn the save led on as expected.
Was not an issue when I was using MTP AV in OS9
Started when I switched to MIDI Express 128. Also noticed it with an M-audio uno interface. Seems to be USB related.
