I gotta be honest with you guys, I think the new interface is much cleaner and easier to read. Personally I don't think the application has many more white tones than the last one. I am willing to bet that once everyone gets acclimated to the new GUI they will like it better - to me it seems that MOTU streamlined the look. Thats my 2 cents, hopefully everyone eventually likes the new look as much as I do! :)

.

Plus, the white TO window will be filled up with colored music tracks, anyway, right? :)

You ever think just how lucky Jeannie was that she had Major Nelson for her master instead or Roger Healy? (And the young kids are scratching their heads on that reference!)

1992, Crystal Palace, Nassau, Bahamas.

I walk into the casino and play roulette for $100 dollars. Four hours later I'm still sitting there, but I'm up over $900. People are watching me, I'm being comped. Suddenly I lost twice in a row. I got up, went to the jewellery store and bought myself a nice gold necklace.

The following day I played and lost $650 dollars. The day after that I went to the beach.

+1

The end. :)

(I love the slots though...guess it's the music or something).

Well yes, but what if Dr. Smith hadn't been stuck aboard the ship in Lost in Space? I mean, would Star Trek ever had been born?

These are questions that only the Amazing Randy can answer...

Great joke I remember from a roast of Frank Sinatra:

"I love Frank. I was in Vegas years ago and Frank Sinatra saved my life! These two thugs were beating me up in an ally, and I might have died... but then Frank said, 'He's had enough.'"

Some online casinos offer quite good deposit bonuses for first-timers. If someone doesn't know, the bonus works like this: first you deposit let's say 100$ with a 100% bonus up to 100$. Then usually you have to circulate the deposited 100$ a number of times to get the bonus. So, if you have to circulate the money ten times, that means you have to play 1000$ before you get the bonus into your account. One bonus that I remember at Victor Chandler Casino was 100% up to 200£, with a circulation requirement of 5000£. By playing perfect basic strategy your expected return is 99.5% (assuming a 0.5% casino edge) I know a player who deposited the 200£, played three seats with a stake of 3£, which adds up to 9£/game. After 5 hours the 5k had been played and he was up 200£. He withdrawed a total of 600£. After the deposit is deducted that makes an average of 159$/hour. I'm not saying it always works like this, but it's an example of the possibilities today. Things like this have gotten me interested lately, among computer assisted currency trading and betting. And DP6 GUI.

I think I was rooting for Nelson to be more like Healy. Man, I was always thinking "why doesn't he just get her naked?" But I guess we learned an important lesson from that show. Women are not to be owned. You can't be a woman's master, or she'll blink you into dinner with her family with your shorts down. You have to coax them. With jewelry. ;)

Gee, that slot machine was my first encounter with a woman who would ask me what I wanted and then give me $100. I think I liked her... er... it. I wonder if it can cook? Is it legal in Nevada to marry a Jeannie slot machine? :D :D

It will be fun to see what people's ideas of GOOD GUI's are.

Please post them to check them out :)

I wonder how long it will take for someone to come up with a purple one with green faders over a yellow background
