I have tried everything I could for a month to figure out about this CPU spikes and finally today I have found an answer!!
Everytime when DP CPU spikes, 'Isof' on CPU activity monitor rises to 100%. I clicked 'Isof' and found out that it is something to do with Roland Cloud!!! So I delete Roland Cloud manager and bingo!! My cpu spikes gone and DP works like charm as usual!

I'd like to share this good news to you guys!

Thanks for all the helps!!

Great! The Mac will normally tell you what’s going on. The tricks are to a) look in the right place b) know it when you see it.

At the end, I bought a new MacBook Pro i9, 32 gb ram, 2 tb ssd HD. I can use Keyscape without dropping and the loading sample it's really fast.
With my old i7 mac book retina, I spent 2/3 sec changing the MIDI rec track. This problem with my new laptop is solved, but I still have dropping problem in complex project... and comparing the horsepower of my new laptop with the old, the ratio $ spent and performance it's really bad.

I really don't know where is the problem... I'm thinking that DP is not able to manage this strong workload... Someone had a comparing with the same project on Logic for example?

I was reading also on facebook this really interesting post: https://www.facebook.com/groups/3195911 ... 476888410/
