If you have the fader for the channel/master with the Limiter instantiated riding above 0 and you have the Limiter increasing gain to 0, you will see overs.

Really shouldn't happen. In fact, I'd say it is impossible.

If the Limiter is set to 0db or - whatever - then it won't go above 0.
It can exceed -0.00 if Dither is enabled. Dither will add gain after the Limiter.
