is it my imagination or does the Mackie Control driver for 5.1 intel not work with DP. I can not get it to show up under Control Surfaces, even though I believe it's there. Also, what's up with MSI not showing up as AU at least in DP. Thier own VI's will not work in their own sequencer. Come on MOTU.

Mackie Universal Control and DP5.1
I upgraded to 5.1, which of course forced me to upgrade to Tiger (*10.4.7.) and then of course a whole slew of MAS related issues - locating AU Versiosl etc. - but one thing that I noticed is the poor performance of my Mackie Universal COntrol in 5.1 //
I notice that it seems to time out a mot more often and then not work from the controller itseldf - changes made on the screen will move on the controller but usually no the other way around.
And even when the MUC is functioing fine - I notice that the Pan control (Vpots) - rotate a full 360 degrees - not stopping a -64 locatin as they did in the past - is there some software update that I am missing.

I was just happy to have mine react. Hopefully the next DP update will improve the functionality. What MIDI hub are you using? Maybe their drivers are a bit shakey with intel, unless of course it's a MOTU. I haven't had a chance to test the MC thourghly yet, but would like to see if times out on me as well. I've issues with lately on my G5.
