Hello everybody,
I hope someone can help me out with the following issue...
I hve a G5 running performer 5.1, with a motu 828 interface. I have an alesis quadrverb plugged in the inputs and outputs 3 and 4 of the 828.
I don't get my reverb when i bounce to disk... To use it i create an aux track, open a send slot on the tracks i want reverb on and control the amount via the send level automation. I also have a master track coming out on 1 and 2. My aux track and all the other tracks come out on 1 and 2.
Now i hear my reverb fine but when i bounce to disk the result is always dry...
I am so used to work whithin the mac with no other external hardware that what i am sure you all consiider a non brainer is a big issue 4 me ....
Thanxs in advance as any help would be greatly appreciated...
Flo

Hi Flo
You can't include live inputs in a Bounce To Disk
You will have to route all tracks including the reverb to a stereo buss, create a new audio track, set the inputs to that buss and record in real time.
It doesn't take much more time, and you have the confidence of hearing it happen in real time
Hope that helps
