I know there are several dfh/bfd custom/vintage VI's out there, but wasn't sure if anyone had any experience getting these kits to swing on an Intel Mac.
If so, how are the sounds? It's kind of like a girl can wear guys clothes but a guy can't wear girls clothes, right? You can play rock on a jazz kit, but jazz on a rock kit just sounds plain dumb. I'm just trying not to sound dumb!

Good jazz drums for Intel-based DP?

Check out NS Kit 7 at www.naturalstudio.co.uk/. It's an amazing drum library that is hyper-sampled. They got just about everything. it comes on several DVD's and can be used with either Kontakt 2 or Halion Player 3. Check out their sound demos. This might be what you're looking for. Since they are only samples the "swing" element would be up to you.
