I've used that doubler plug in before and have had varying result with it. I love the micropitchshift-Slap program in the eventide boxes I use it on pop vocals a lot. To me both of those sound computerized to an extent. I stay within the -12 to +12 cents range if there consistently flat than maybe like a -4 / +12 kind of thing but in Gospel I tend to stay O'Natural on choirs, tuning multiple voices can get some pretty nasty results. they are kind of multipitching themselves in that some of the people are probably a little sharp and some a little flat in each section. I Personally would just accent the more in tune parts and duck the really off stuff. Maybe if you have some solo stuff thats tuned pull it up a little bit on some really off section part. Maybe Giles has a method he uses but sometimes it just is what it is.
