I am trying to set up a complex sytem that has three different keyboard controllers on stage controlling sounds that are a combination of Virtual Instruments in DP and a K2600.
Does anyone have advice on how to set this up right. Is DP the right program to use or is there one that would make it easier to switch virtual instruments sound on the fly....
thanks
Tim

Anything will work,it's about the flow of it all. Years ago when I toured for "Joseph", I had a massive keyboard setup. My personal rig consisted of (4) keyboards and about (20) modules. Back then, software synths didn't exist yet but the concept is the same. I was running Cakewalk on the PC, but the sequencer controlled what MIDI channel and port I was playing. In DP, moving up and down your tracks will adjust what MIDI port you are playing. It's simple, just take the time before-hand to arrange everything and get familiar with it.
Thank you,
