Hi, how many audio desk 2 users are there out there? I'm looking for some discussion ... I just switched over from version 1. Is this a bad move? I don't use MIDI, so I thought this would be a good upgrade ...
Right now, I'm losing some soundbites when opening projects from version 1 in version 2. Anyone else have this happen?

I use DP4.5 but dont use the MIDI function at all. I tried to get Audio Desk but apparently it is only available if you buy MOTU hardware - is that right or can you get it independently?

Hi, My first questions are:
What folder do I put other plugins for Audio Desk 2 (extra ones, or new ones)? There used to be a plugins folder.
Second, When opening AudioDesk 1 projects, I am sometimes losing soundbites (Sometimes I just go to Soundbites window and drag them back out ... other times they are just gone). Any speical things I can do to open older projects in the new Audio Desk 2 more successfully?
Finally, I used to use T-raxs mastering software (os9) ... I can get it to run in classic mode, but not to come through the 828 (is there any 'work around' or do I buy the osX version?)
