This would make it easy to mix one song really thoroughly and then transfer that mix as a quick starting point to other songs that you have already recorded for that same band with the same instruments, etc... Set it up how you like it. Go to the Tracks Overview. Select all the tracks you want to appear in your mixer template. Copy it to a clipping. Open a new file. Drag the clipping into the Tracks Overview window. Now go to the Mixing Board. All of your channels will be there, complete with levels, pans, plugins, etc. The only problem is DP appends the word COPY to every track.
