Same here, wonderful device, great with BFD....
Although I have a full weighted piano keyboard, I just got an EMU Xboard 49 key controller to go on my desk.... this is great, has aftertouch and sixteen knobs.
I also have the BCF2000, I just use it for the obvious faders, pans, mutes and sends, great value.
I'm still using my workhorse Korg O1W/Pro. It's got 76 unweighted keys. It's got a decent feeling keyboard for unweighted and doesn't feel like some of those cheapie USB controllers. Plus, I've got the sounds that came in the O1W.

Actually, I've been half-ass shopping around for a new keyboard controller for months, but haven't found anything great enough to spend the money on. I have Trigger Finger for percussion tapping stuff - works okay.

I have a Yamaha KX88 and we were just talking about this in the "general recording" forum but I also have an M audio trigger finger and I can't believe nobody here has hated it like I do . I literally gave mine away . First of all you have to hit the exact center of the pad or it will trigger at half velocity. Useless ! Second , to assign each pad to a controller number you have a NON INCREMENTAL knob that will not advance step by step. And there's no way to move it a slight amount . Useless ! You should have seen me trying to adjust that damn knob , holding it and trying to move it the smallest amount to just go from one step to the next and then with the slightest nudge it jumps a freakin miner third .SCREAM !!! I was just trying to assign the pads to different sounds and it took an hour. Am I the only one that threw theirs in the lake.

I use mine mostly to control Live, but I haven't had any trouble assigning CC numbers. If I remember right, that can be done via Enigma, though Enigma is far from elegant. As far as the velocity sensitivity, I haven't really had any problems when inputting beats; however, I must confess velocity isn't mission critical to me for beat entry, that's far easier to fix in the drum editor than, say, getting the timing 'feel' I'm after. Still, I just did a test on mine and got fairly uniform velocity response from all but the most edgewise pads. Maybe I have a different rev? Either that or I'm just luck as well as lame.
