PC-MachFive. Don't see MachFive in my VST instruments?!?!?!?

PC-MachFive. Don't see MachFive in my VST instruments!!! Please help if possible. Running on XP Pro SP2. Installed MachFive (V1.2) and latest drivers for iLok. Seems initiated with Cubase 3.1 fine (MachFive is listed in PlugIn information page but not selected as active) and not in VST instrument list (although dll's are in the right place). Reformated my drive, reinstalled win and did everything I possibly good. Please help if you can!
