Master fader and 0db

Hy!

I‘m using DP4.61/ Mac g5 1.8x2 / OSX 10.3.9 with a tascam Fw1884 and 2 FE8.

Just one week ago I noticed that when I reset the master fader to 0db (the tascam f10 button) in the monitor mode, my DP master fader jumps to 0.89 db instead of 0db like it used to go.....

Strange, if i set the master fader manually to minimun and reset it with the f10 button it jumps to 0.89db, but if i set manualy the fader to maximun and reset it jumps to 0.98db !!!!?????

Besides, i have noticed there‘s a little diference betwen 0 level in monitor mode and 0 level in computer mode, and this goes for all faders in the 1884 (not for the two fe8). So if you reset levels in monitor mode and change to computer mode, where the levels in my DAW are set to 0db too, there‘s a little jump of the 8 fw1884 faders......

May it be a mechanical problem of the master fader, or a problem with my DP? Can a Fader be adjusted someway?

I‘ve reinstalled everithing, drivers and so, but the problem is still there.

I don't own one, so I can't say for sure, but it seem like a Tascam problem...

Using a Yamaha 01X or a M audio Project mixi/o to emulate a Mackie controll DP faders work normally. In Cuemix the top of the hardware fader = -.1
