Hi,
Ok this may be a stupid question. Is it possible to change volume without using automation? If you like to split the track with scissor tool and then would like to change each one individually to each "soundbite". Or if you are just moving different bites and would like to have the same volume after it is moved to another place. Am I missing something or is this completely something against DP's philosophy?
Thanks.

I guess I just move the cut parts of the track to other tracks, if that makes sense.
Then I just set the level of the different tracks to whatever I want them to be. I think that's what you're talking about.
And, no, there aren't any stupid questions. Just stupid answers...like mine!
