Performer File 270 MB big

while working on a project I just added two or three chunks (as I can remember), but now my project file is around 270 MB (normally 4-5 MB). But with this size DP doesn‘t work well. Has anyone an idea what happend?

DP 4.6 OS 10.3.9

Are you talking about just the DP file, or the entire project folder?

just talking about the DP file. No audio Files, Fades or Undos in the Project Folder. Just Chunks with MIDI Tracks and a V-Rack with Virtual Instruments.
