Not sure if this is what you're looking for, but if you "Load" a sequence into another or empty project, it includes the track groups. You can include or not include the audio. It's in the menu File --> Load.

I have always done "Copy Selection to New Sequence" and this was my mistake. But it's easy, I musst only do
"Duplicate Chunk" or your Suggestion !

Thanks a lot for your help

Re: Trackgroup Window copy to another Sequence ?
I'm not sure I'm understanding the question but it sounds like "Copy to current clipping window" might be what you're looking for.
Select the tracks you want to copy over (if you want blank tracks make your selection over a part of the tracks window with no data on the tracks) and invoke the mentioned command. It will create a clipping that you can then drag into the destination sequence.
One caveat though, you'll need to recreate the actual track group. That's usually pretty fast though.

@Irimi Nage: Thanks a lot for your answer !
The Problem is indeed resolved but I never had worked with "clipping window".
But I will give them a try and maybe I'm learning a new workflow
