MIDI Note "event" info field not showing? - RESOLVED

I'm in the MIDI Editor, and until very recently, I'd select a MIDI note, and an info field would appear at the top of the window, where I could edit the start, duration, velocity, etc. of the note. But that little event info field isn't appearing.

Did something change? Did I accidentally turn something off?

Make sure Event is checked in the Information Bar preferences for the MIDI Editor. If all of the event info still doesn't show, check the box in the preferences to use two lines.

THANKS!! THAT WAS IT!!

Went to SETTINGS.../Editing/Information Bar, and saw that Event and some other things became unchecked somehow.
