Transpose not working in 11.33?

Hi can anyone please confirm if Transpose (meaning the window you'd open to transpose a selection or region of MIDI notes) is working in 11.33?

It's not working for me since updating from 11.32. The window opens and otherwise looks normal but Apply is greyed out.

I've had a similar oddity with Quantizing MIDI notes where I clicked apply and nothing moved. But it was a specific failure with a specific, slightly older project.

Apart from that one-off, transpose and quantize are working here.
