Re: Motu web interface on Microsoft Surface
As a work around the glitch does not occur if you use 2 fingers !
But you don't have place for 2 fingers on the fader so your thumb needs to be somewhere else on a blank space while your index finger drags the fader.

Yes, that does act as a workaround, noting that different exceptions get thrown.

Re: Motu web interface on Microsoft Surface
I have reason to believe they are working on a fix to this issue.
And note, my experience with MOTU support has always been excellent, so if you have an issue please help us all out by raising it with them!

Re: Motu web interface on Microsoft Surface
They provided a beta of the firmware and asked that I do not share it. I thought they would have released it by now.
Please contact them for help.

Re: Motu web interface on Microsoft Surface
Problem solved for me, the support answered with the beta firmware to update my 24ao.
Tested various pages , faders (volume, send group/aux) , knobs, compressor, EQ... No jumping anymore. I am so happy.
I will continue to check in depth but for now issue is solved.
If anyone have the same issue, best is to open a support ticket and ask them to check issue ID #372313, solved my Matt at Motu support.
The firmware is specific to your model so don't take the risk to upload a wrong firmware shared by someone else.

Excellent Motu thank you
