Need help with MIDI recording!

Sorry. Yet another newbie. Im using a powerbook 10.3.9, a tascam us-122 interface and TRYING to use a microkorg. I would like to record a MIDI track using the Microkorg. It records notes on the track. Thats good. But I cant get it to send it back to the Microkorg during playback. No sound at all even though the track volume bumps up and down. Aargh. Any help is appreciated. Thanx.

Page 164 of the DP manual should see you right!

Otherwise, it could be the microkorg not set up to receive MIDI etc so check its manual, too...... probably a chapter called 'using micro korg with external sequencer' or something like that. :D

er....check your MIDI leads? :wink:

Before we get a noose, what software are you using to record MIDI?

In that case, the information you seek is on the inside front cover of the DP 4.5 Manual. It's called a license agreement and tells you everything you need to know to get help and get the Microkorg playing back properly.
