896mk3 Analog Inputs 1 and 2 won't completely mute

I feel like I've had this problem before and solved it, but, can't seem to today. Inputs 3-8 work exactly the way they're supposed to.

On Analog Input 1, the MUTE ON/OFF has no effect and, while the PAN is set at CENTER, the sound from AN 1 is only sounding through the left speaker.

On Analog Input 2, the MUTE ON/OFF also has no effect. The PAN is set at CENTER and sound is playing through both speakers.

Comparing the channels in CueMix FX, they all look like they're set identically.

Okay, also, on these two channels, there is a slight delay, so, something must be feeding back from the computer maybe?

I was playing with a bunch of things to solve this and I had muted Bus 1 in CueMix FX. When I unmuted it, I'm hearing the two channels where they're supposed to be plus the problems listed above. When I switch the mutes on the inputs on, I'm only hearing the delayed sound.

I don't have any music software open in the computer.
