DP11 crashing when dragging soundbites

Hi, I just upgraded to DP 11 and I'm getting continuous crashes whenever I drag a soundbite from the sequence window into clips. I'm not sure what's causing this.... I tried making a clippings window for the soundbites but dragging them there crashes my computer as well.

Have any of you encountered this? I'm going to try dragging them from the soundbites list and see what happens as well.

What's interesting is that I can drag soundbites from the soundbites window into clips while DP is playing and it works well, but if I drag a soundbite from the sequence window DP crashes whether or not it's playing..... Hmm.......

Is this happening in all DP Projects? Have you tried creating a new DP Project without any plug-ins or VI's active? Any difference?

It's happening in all my projects. When I drag a soundbite from the sequence window to the clips window I crash

I have a similar issue... DP will crash everytime I drag stereo audio files (not mono) from finder to sequence/tracks window. Really annoying.

I suggest y'all report the issue you experience to MOTU with a TechLink.

I reported a similar one (Apple Silicon Mac Studio)... dragging from DP Tracks Widow to Finder crashes DP hard. MOTU advised they have confirmed and have tech team on it.

I am able to drag and drop from Finder to Tracks Window without issue.

I just upgraded to DP 11.1 and will check it out Friday when I'm back at work in my studio. I hope it fixes my soundbite dragging issues.
