AppKit compatibility on 2408 mk3

Hi there-

I'm trying to run a software application (Metasynth CTX) that runs on the AppKit OS. Are there known bugs with 2408 mk3 drivers and programs running on AppKit (vs Carbon). When I assign the playback to the PCI card it crashes and has even changed the SR in Audio MIDI Setup.
