My M4 is connected via usb cable, and the M4 sees both my keyboards, and both mics, but the M Series says "no device currently connected".
I am on a new Win 10 install on a Lenovo M910s Think Center PC.

The M4 requires drivers to be seen by a Windows PC. You'll find them at motu.com

Thank you, but I just reinstalled the Motu M-Series and still no detection.

You want to contact MOTU Support and see if they can help you sort this out. On something like this, I would call and ask for a call back.
