We are having trouble using the JamOrigin guitar to MIDI software in DP 9.52. OS 10.13.6, with a MOTU 828 Mk3 Firewire.
In SA, latency reads as 256, but within DP it reads as 2048 with an over the limit warning, even though the 828 is set to 256. 2048 is twice the upper limit of the 828.
We have tried trashing the DP preference files as suggested by MOTU tech support, but makes no difference.

The JO technical documentation does not explain that you need to set the plugin to run in real time in the mini menu.
