"I took a look at the issue in your video and I'm not able to reproduce this same thing in DP11. It's possible that this was a bug in the past which has been fixed in some version along the way. I'd recommend downloading and installing DP11 on your machine for the free 30 day trial to see if any of the issues you're encountering are still present.
