Is there an easier way to shift selectable ALL faders than one at a time???

Enable the All Tracks group. You don't need to make the selections. Not sure if that's what you're looking for.

Not sure what you mean. So far the only way I have been able to trim all audio in a mix is shift select each track. In my productions i have as many as 60 audios so its tricky. I have to go to narrow view just to get them on my monitor. I just wondered if any advanced tricks abide to do like a shift a or s or a letter to put all faders in green trim mode prior to reducing levels. The way it is now is a PITA.

Even if MOTU allowed you to swipe across 60 odd faders and it selected them on group using temporary group assign it would help.

I don't know if this would help, but holding down "W" while moving a fader will move ALL faders. I don't think there is a way of selecting when using that trick. It would include MIDI, too.

Edit: I just realized you can use the Track Selector and hide tracks from the Mixing Board. The hidden tracks won't be affected when using the "W" method.

Each session is has an 'All Track' group created when you create the session. In the groups window, enable that and disable when done.

That also, W key = temp group on visible tracks. You can double tap the W to get it to stick and then single tap to clear when done.

That helped but still needed to select Trim Latch on on 60 tracks. Is W-W able to do that?

You define what controls are linked in 'Set Temporary Group Type'. It's in the mini menu of Groups window. Automation Mode is part of the Mix type so you can set Temp groups to Mix or create a custom config of all the controls you want to use. There are also a series of unassigned commands that you can use to change Temp group types.

Temp Groups from the first webinar - starts around 13:30 https://youtu.be/TZ6iZ_zcXj8. Matt covered it in a couple of other webinars, but unfortunately nothing past April 2020 up yet.
