Undo History issue

Hi all,

Undo History is often refusing to work for me. I can record a take, hit Command-z and nothing happens - what I just recorded stays put. What’s going on here?

Does Command-Z revolve to UNDO in the Commands window? I think the defaults for that changed a while ago.

I've experienced this, Undo hit once undoes, but hit twice it redoes. It's confusing and it did change. I don't know if there's a setting for it? but my solution is to open up the undo history window and go from there if it's more than one step of undo.

Could it be a faulty keyboard? The caps lock doesn't work on one of mine.
