I was Recently using real time bounce –routing busses to a stereo audio track and recording there - and noted upon input monitoring that the effects busses - also routed to the recording track - sounded a lot louder than before setting up to bounce. I had to drop them from 0 to about -8 to get them to sound relatively the same.
Has anyone else experienced this? Any ideas on what I’ve done wrong?

Re: Real time bounce issue - effects busses too loud
Definitely not normal. It could be that your buses, even if they're named differently, are actually using the same bus pair. Check for this in th Bundles window. It sounds like you may have a duplicated bus somewhere in there.

Re: Real time bounce issue - effects busses too loud
Thanks for the idea on the Buss names - I always just let the numbers be until this project. However, Bundles showed there were no conflicts. Mysteriously, today there’s no issue. It seems to have been a processing anomaly.
