I pre-ordered mine last night, as this will further reduce my USB port problem on the 2017 iMac. I have exactly enough TB3 ports for my actual TB3 devices at the moment, but also now have TB3 converter cables for two USB devices so this new TB4 hub will help as I can then sell my OWC USB hub, which is unreliable.

This device should be more reliable than the USB hubs, and also delivers more voltage so should finally be one that works with stuff that is fickle about power delivery. I haven't yet checked the specs of the one USB 3.1 port, but it wasn't relevant to my decision anyway.
