Importing sounds into Model-12
Hello. What's the secret to dragging-and-dropping samples into the Model12? Yesterday I could do it; today it won't take them. I drag a sample to one of the cells, and ... nothing. I've tried different samples (mono and stereo) from different locations (desktop and folders). Hope someone can help. Thanks.

Is the VI fully-activated / enabled?

I haven't done extensive testing, but I was having trouble bringing certain samples into Model 12, and it seems that it only accepts mono samples...this is just a theory! But I can't get it to load stereo samples at this moment.

I didn't even know it could do that. Wow. Yes, without stereo samples it would be rather useless. Are you listening MOTU?

Also stumbled upon this problems several times but was always too lazy to systematically try and see what works and what doesn't. If I remember correctly, I had generally less problems importing aif's instead of waves.

Ha! I didn't know you could drag & drop into Model-12...
I've added lots of samples though by adding them to the samples folder. Not at my studio machine right now, but try: User/Library/Application Support/Motu and poke around in there...
