Motu MIDI Device not detected after downloading

Hi, I just joined MotuNation to see if anyone has a resolution for the issue below, I am currently speaking to the tech team however due to the direct opposing time zone differences it may be a while before the root of the issue is uncovered.

So I bought a Motu Micro Lite yesterday, after installing the driver from the website there is no evidence that the device is connected in the device pannel, the only file within the download section is clockworks which doesnt even look like the clockworks thats displayed in the manual. The green light is on the device but thats about it. I use Cubase and Pro Tools running a windows 10 system. I have attempted uninstalling the driver and re-installing it but no luck.

I have no idea what to do as the system is simply not reading the device as it seems.
